Join us in coloring a safe and sustainable future! Job Description We are seeking an Ink maker/Ink Tech to work with us Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 5pm-5:30am. We have a very competitive starting payplus a shift differential when applicable. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you.The person in this role will specialize in the manufacturing of high-quality printing ink.As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech you will be responsible for: Following batch instructions to weight batches,charge and mix inks Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials Monitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjust as needed Following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates Following procedures to filter, package and label inks MakingQC adjustments as instructed Weighing quantities of raw materials Operatingone or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner Packaging finished product Operating a forklift Qualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a High school diploma or G.E.D. Have previous manufacturing experience of at least 6 months Have Fork lift experience Be ableto lift up to 50 lbs. Have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills Be capableto complete multiple tasks Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs. In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have: Understanding of 5S workplace Knowledge of TPM Ability to work 12-hour shifts Ability to work overtime, weekends Additional Information We offer a competitive salary starting at $21.50 per hour with nightshift differential of $1.50 and a weekend differential of $2.00 for an opportunity to make up to $24.00 per hour.
