FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Strategy Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support our product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction by learning about our products, assisting with demonstrations, gathering insights, and contributing to new product launches.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Product Learning: Develop a foundational understanding of our product lines, including features, benefits, and applications. Work towards becoming a knowledgeable resource for the team.

  • Assisting with Demonstrations: Support team members in conducting product demonstrations for customers and stakeholders. Help communicate how our solutions can address customer needs.

  • Customer Engagement Support: Assist in building relationships with customers by gathering feedback and addressing inquiries. Help ensure customers have a positive experience with our products.

  • Market Research Support: Participate in researching market trends and customer needs. Assist in compiling insights that can inform product strategy and improve customer applications.

  • New Product Launch Assistance: Collaborate with the team to help plan and execute product launches. Contribute ideas and support efforts to ensure new products align with customer demands.

  • Training & Learning: Participate in training sessions such as tow & show, demo days, etc. to learn about our products and applications. Share what you learn with colleagues and assist in providing support to internal and external teams.

  • Strategy Support: Contribute to discussions about product strategy and identify opportunities for improvement based on your observations and feedback from customers.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Engineering Preferred).

  • Some experience in customer service, marketing, or product-related roles is a plus but not required.

  • Strong desire to learn about product development and customer engagement.

  • Mechanical aptitude or a general interest in understanding equipment and technical products

  • Willingness to operate heavy machinery

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic analytical skills and the ability to gather insights from data.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to traverse heavy construction equipment and jobsites

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift-up to 45 pounds at times.

  • Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time, project dependent
