Responsibilities
The Diagnostic Radiology departmentat Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon, New Hampshire is expanding and seeks aBC/BE fellowship-trained, multi-modality radiologistin theEmergency Radiology divisionfor a hybrid remote position providing evening and overnight coverage. Our team of emergency radiologists provides evening and overnight coverage to DHMC, a level 1 trauma center, and our affiliated hospitals as part of a 7 days on, 14 days off coverage. Overlapping shifts are 9 hours in duration.
Responsibilities will include interpretation of a full range of emergency imaging studies, including Neuroradiology, and all modalities, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and supervision of minor procedures. The Emergency Radiology section staff are actively involved in the supervision and teaching of our radiology residents, medical students, and learners from other departments. The section is responsible for the Emergency Radiology curriculum. A focus on high-quality clinical work and service is paramount. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience. There are ample opportunities for internal moonlighting as well.
The successful candidate will join an academic practice comprised of 40+ radiologists with broad subspecialty representation. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is the only academic medical center in New Hampshire, providing tertiary care services for our region, and serving as the only Level 1 trauma center in the state. Required Licensure/Certifications
Minimum Qualifications:
American Board of Radiology certification or eligibility. - Fellowship training and/or experience in Emergency Radiology is preferred.
Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of New Hampshire and Vermont
