Direct and develop the daily operations of the BYO Express Cuisine kitchen and staff. Thekitchen manager's duties include: creating a work schedule for kitchen workers (cooks),cutting and calling in workers as needed, ensuring the kitchen is staffed, monitoring the cold and hot sides of the kitchen to ensure orders are prompt, creating a shopping/order list,keeping inventory of the kitchen's food, utensils, and appliances, tasting food, taking kitchenstaff complaints, auditing food use, and reporting to the owner.
