Job Title: Warehouse Start-up Crew

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our expanded warehouse start-up crew. The associates will initially start out at the LAB location and then transition to the LPM location on July 1st. The job involves starting in the receiving department to understand multiple processes and then moving into the picking/packing area. The role is very straightforward, but it is fast-paced, production/metric based, and repetitive. A typical day starts with a team meeting at the board where the manager will assign an individual to an area/department. The goal is to pick orders accurately and efficiently.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lebanon, Indiana.

Work Environment

The Distribution in Lebanon is a spacious warehouse. It is one of the 7 regional distribution centers that distribute to 107 dealerships across the US. The facility is very clean and organized. Most of the time, employees will be using equipment to get around, however, there is a picking area that resembles a grocery aisle where people will push a cart to grab orders. The shift timings at LAB are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime is required at times, but the goal is to keep employment cost predictable. The shift timings at LPM are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime will be required for a few months during the start-up period. Personal Protective Equipment required includes steel toe boots or shoes and work pants or jeans.
