Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Purchasing Agent in Le Roy, New York. The industry is centered around accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning. The role involves utilizing various skills including, but not limited to, Accounting Software Systems, Epicor, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and Great Plains (GPAC).

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for various purchasing tasks

• Applying ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning strategies for efficient resource management

• Using Epicor for improving business processes

• Implementing ERP Solutions for various business requirements

• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and ensuring accuracy in records

• Overseeing the execution of budget processes

• Conducting buying processes in alignment with company policies

• Using Great Plains (GPAC) for managing financial and business information

• Implementing 'About Time' for efficient time tracking and management

• Performing various accounting functions as per organizational requirements Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Epicor

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Ability to use Great Plains (GPAC)

• Experience with About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Knowledge of Buying Processes
