We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during the assigned shift. 2. Train and coach team members to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. 3. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area and kitchen. 4. Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards. 5. Manage cash handling procedures, including cash register operation, bank deposits, and cash reconciliation. 6. Assist with scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring staff performance. 7. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 8. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients. 9. Assist the management team with implementing marketing and promotional strategies. 10. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
