Description

We are in the market for a Corporate Tax Accountant to join our client's team in the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area. In this role, you will be expected to handle corporate tax compliance, work on ad hoc reporting, and use various software like CCH ProSystem Fx, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal tax regulations

• Prepare and analyze corporate income tax provisions

• Use CCH ProSystem Fx, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP S/4HANA for various tax-related tasks

• Collaborate with the tax team to ensure accurate and efficient tax reporting

• Handle ad hoc reporting tasks as required by the tax team

• Assist in compliance audits to confirm adherence to tax regulations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations

• Work on special projects as assigned by tax leadership

• Support the tax team in various administrative tasks

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes and procedures.

Requirements • Possess strong skills in CCH ProSystem Fx for efficient tax processing and management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Experience with QuickBooks for accounting, billing and invoicing.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for effective financial planning and operations.

• Ability to generate ad hoc reports as required by management.

• Understands and upholds compliance procedures in line with corporate guidelines.

• Proven experience in conducting compliance audits to ensure company-wide adherence to tax regulations.

• Expertise in managing corporate income tax matters.

• Demonstrated experience in corporate tax compliance to ensure the company meets all statutory obligations.
