A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JANITOR / CLEANER

As a Janitor / Cleaner, you fill a key commercial cleaning position for a large client and take pride in keeping their facilities clean and orderly. Whether you work a day, evening, or overnight shift, you arrive ready to get to work. You enjoy \"getting in the zone\" and working independently without a lot of interruptions. Whether it\'s vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, pulling the trash, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, or restocking supplies, you get great satisfaction out of checking each task off one-by-one and being able to literally see what you\'ve accomplished. You keep office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms in tip-top condition, always remembering to regularly clean windows, trash receptacles, furniture, fridges, and microwaves. You even keep the janitor closets clean and organized! We have a reputation for quality work, and this is partly thanks to the great job that you do!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHIFT JANITOR / CLEANER

• Physical ability to stoop and bend repeatedly, be on your feet for a full shift, and work around cleaning and disinfecting chemicals.
• Reliable transportation
• No experience required.
• On-the-job training program.
