Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled Systems Administrator to become a part of our IT team. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of Windows servers, including the likes of Office 365, Intune, and Azure Cloud. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain server and network infrastructures, as well as leading associated projects.

• Administer Windows servers and manage the Office 365 platform.

• Configure and support Windows systems and its related software.

• Implement system and security policies via Intune and Azure Cloud, in addition to enforcing them.

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by users.

• Monitor the operation of server systems to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.

• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.

• Conduct regular system audits to verify the functionality of the system and data backups.

• Address and resolve help desk requests in a prompt manner.

• Improve existing infrastructure systems and processes for optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Develop and oversee disaster recovery and backup procedures.

Requirements • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and its various applications

• Familiarity with Intune for mobile device and application management

• Practical experience with Windows Azure for cloud computing services

• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and its functionalities

• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory for identity and access management

• Strong SQL skills for managing and manipulating databases

• Ability to provide Tier 2 Support for complex technical issues

• Experience with data backup procedures and software Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
