ARIZONA GENERAL HOSPITAL

Responsibilities

  • As an RN at Arizona General Hospital you will assess patient/family health problems and resources implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.

  • Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

  • Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

  • Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization.

  • It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values.

Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000. Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship. Qualifications

Minimum:

  • AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State

  • American Heart Association BLS certification

  • American Heart Association ACLS certification

  • American Heart Association PALS certification (within 90 days of hire)

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Must exhibit genuine kindness and compassion for everyone who enters our hospital

  • Must have a passion for nursing and problem solving

Preferred:

  • Two (2) years recent acute care experience preferred

  • BSN

Pay Range

$32.50 - $58.90 /hour
