Job Summary

The Operations Test Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling and coordination of all engineering testing activities within the operations support team. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure test schedules are aligned with project timelines. The Operations Test Engineering Manager is responsible for resource allocation, tracking test progress, managing any test-related issues, and ensuring that testing milestones are met efficiently. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This will drive optimization of resource assignments and provide a single authority for test planning and priority assignment activities.

Experience and Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
