TAD PGS, Inc. Financial Administrator in Laurel, Maryland

We have an outstanding Contract position for aFinancial Administratorto join a leading Company located inLaurel, MD (hybrid).

US Citizenship is required.

2-3 months assignment

Hybrid: Work onsite and remote

Our Business, Construction, and Facilities Department Office Financial Operations Section is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Financial Administrator for a short-term project.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage invoicing for end-of-year fiscal processing

  • Manage approvals for invoices

  • Data Entry

  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and spreadsheets for completeness and accuracy,

  • Maintain confidentiality

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to work location requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in office administration

  • Experience in accounting and working with spreadsheets

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Must have strong communication skills

  • Strong personal computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Willingness to work independently and collaboratively as appropriate
