SALES CONSULTANT

We are seeking several Sales Consultants with a charismatic, high energy, creative style that can work well independently or with a team.

Essential Functions:

  • Positive, can-do attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm
  • Work in an upbeat, fast paced, positive team environment

  • Actively listen to and engage customers , using appropriate selling skills to match the customer's needs, and ensure their decisions build long-term relationships
  • Create volume driving initiatives
  • Hit sales targets and company goals
  • Handling guest escalations and forming creative and positive solutions
  • Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
  • Managing a schedule based on business needs
  • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
  • Complete tasks such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
  • Detail oriented, monitor all open price quotes, provide follow-up on all orders from sale through delivery
  • Be comfortable with working independently and as a part of the team to achieve success
  • Greets customers and assists them as required to maintain the highest level of customer service, guide them through our showroom and website to present product
  • Strong commitment to meeting and surpassing our customers needs
  • Demonstrate initiative to grow our business and achieve monthly goals
  • Demonstrate comfort with basic computer skills, multitasking, answering multiple phone lines and having great time management and organizational skills
  • Be able to work holidays, weekends ( Sundays are mandatory ) in order to meet the needs of the business
  • ** Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer service and people skills, selling to customer needs.
  • Product knowledge. General math skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, listening and leadership skills.
  • Initiative to meet assigned sales goals, missions and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport.
  • Dependable.
