Description:

General Summary

Serves beverages to guests in the casino, bars, lounges or restaurants in an efficient and timely manner. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service.

  • Takes orders, serves drinks and assists guests with menu options in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide requested beverage cocktail and deliver cordially to guests within assigned area.

  • Maintain stocked supplies and cleanliness of assigned beverage server outlet.

  • Accurately follows all cash handling and Micros POS procedures.

  • Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

  • Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests

Requirements:

Job Specifications – Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience as a beverage server or in a customer service-related field preferred.

  • Ability to provide courteous 20 minute service rounds of beverage requests and delivery within assigned areas while observing responsible beverage service to guests.

  • Must have basic mathematical skills required to effectively provide change to guests when assigned to a cash outlet, i.e., Splash Showroom.

  • Ability to call drinks and provide proper garnish and present requested beverages accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to abide by company policies procedures and/or State and Federal laws and regulations in relation to health, safety, sanitation and presence of minors in gaming areas.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.

  • Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions – Physical Requirements

  • Regularly walk, stand or stoop up to 80% of their shift.

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

  • Literary, vision, speech and hearing (critical).
