TEKsystems Call Center Representative in Lathrup Village, Michigan

Care Management Support Coordinator II

Schedule Details:

  • Training: 3-4 weeks M-F 8am-5pm

  • Shift: Onsite, Lathrup Village, MI

A Day in the Role:

· Answer an average of 80-100 calls per day by addressing members inquiries, solving problems, and providing new product information

  • Answer members telephone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner.

    · Answer inquiries on banking products including checking, savings, loans and lines of credit

    · Document all customer inquiries and comments thoroughly and quickly.

    · Maintain good business relations with members, courteously and promptly resolving member problems or questions, and effectively assisting with member account problem.

    · Determine members financial service’s needs and recommend services and products that address these needs .

    · Collect member loan payments.

    · Handle various accounting transactions.

    · Serve as a face (well, voice!) for our brand. Happy, confident, positive – that’s who we are.

    · Provide solutions. We want the critical thinkers, the expert interviewers, the stellar listeners. You’ll need to be able to pinpoint a member’s issue and talk them through the solution – whether it’s a problem with online banking, account information, or just a general inquiry.

Role Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year Call Center Experience (2 years preferred) (Must have RECENT customer service experience within the last 2 years)

· Must have consistent job tenure- more than a year in each role (not interested in candidates who have different jobs each year)

· No major gaps in resume- If there is a gap, candidate must be able to explain.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00
