Allegiant Stadium

Located adjacent to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and home to the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium is an award-winning global events destination. A state-of-the-art , multipurpose venue with a capacity of 65,000, Allegiant Stadium has hosted world-class music artists such as Garth Brooks, The Rolling Stones, Guns N’ Roses, Illenium and BTS with more legendary concerts to come. The fully enclosed stadium is also home to the UNLV Rebels football team and has hosted premier sporting events such as the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final, Pac-12 Championship Game, Las Vegas Bowl, and WWE SummerSlam . Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, responsible undergraduate interns to join ASM Global in the following departments: Marketing, Sales, Technical Operations, and Sports and Live Events. Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Essential Functions

  • Complete Department project as assigned by department head

  • Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks

  • Support department for event preparation

  • Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents

  • Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects

  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

    Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):

  • Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a FT undergraduate student

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Detail-oriented and exceptional attention to detail

  • Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Competency with hand tools is preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and to be able to work with the public required

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Must be able to work indoors and outside

  • Must be high-energy team player

  • Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism
