Growing HVAC in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Account Manager to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and solid experience in Commercial HVAC.
This is a salary plus commission role and incentives. Client will provide Vehicle Allowance.

responsibilities:
Designs and sells integrated HVAC and Energy based turnkey systems, including controls, equipment, engineering, and installation.
Collects, organizes, and assembles data for reports, presentations and/or special projects. Performs energy analysis and reports. Conducts price estimates and quotations for projects.
Identifies customer needs by analyzing existing building and creating formal reports and presentations. Responds to customer needs by identifying systems, products, generating quotes, and closing orders.
Develops multiple relationships with key players in the customer's organization, such as CEO, CFO, Facility Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, and purchasing personnel. Develops relationships with key business partners to assist with the surveying, identification, engineering and installation of Engineered Contracting Solutions. Assists Engineers with design of BAS Systems.
Assists customers in answering technical questions on Energy Systems, HVAC systems, Trane products, Strategic Products, and system application alternatives, Building Automation Systems (BAS), installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolutions. Communicates order or schedule changes to customers.
Conducts customer visits and customer events to build relationships with key accounts.
Monitors and tracks quoted projects and current orders.
Conducts formal presentations and training sessions with customer groups.
Performs work in a safe manner, following safety rules, and reporting any unsafe conditions.
