TEKsystems Remote Customer Service - Temporary Contract in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description:

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
