Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Manager, your responsibilities encompass ensuring the adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout all stages of production. You would oversee the inspection and testing of materials, products, and processes to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal specifications. Implementing quality control plans and procedures, you would develop and maintain quality documentation and records. Collaborating closely with production teams, you would identify and resolve quality issues promptly, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you would lead and train quality control personnel, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
