It is the responsibility of the Operations Coordinator Part-Time to perform clerical duties within the branch. Work as support staff in the performance of administrative responsibilities for the supervisory and management team as directed. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working in-office and/or show site based out of Las Vegas, NV.. This role will help cover special events for intermittent periods of time with scheduled hours fluctuating weekly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works with Operations Staff to gather specifications and enter into the appropriate systems.

  • Collaborates with various Operations Staff to drive efficiency of events.

  • Oversees various projects, processes, or systems to drive work flow.

  • Communicates shortages or challenges to appropriate staff and works to remedy independently or under the direction of a manager as needed.

  • Collaborates with employees outside of the branch to support the operation.

  • Assists and support warehouse operations as needed.

  • Assists and support show site operations as needed.

  • Produces show reports and statistics as requested.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. particularly Excel (formulas, formatting, etc.)

  • Familiarity with safety and security measures for proper care of an operation.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
