How You’ll Shine:

The Maintenance Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property. Dispatchers will also handle office work duties for the engineering department, receive and store inventory according to standards as well as maintain property inventory records. This role will also maintain the communication log for shifts and coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory as well as perform general office duties, such as prepare, facilitate & coordinate communications, schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences on behalf of WCF Leadership, prepare and process expense reports for WCF Leadership, establish and maintain filing systems for the leadership team, and Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and /or other reports as requested.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    1. Utilize the phone or electronic communication (WYNSOS) to efficiently dispatch calls and record the ongoing working orders for the site. (40% time)
    1. Maintains communication log for shifts. (10% time)
    1. Coordinates the receipt and outgoing inventory or mail supplies. (15% time)
    1. Performs general office duties such as filing, orders, work orders etc. (20% time)
    1. Updates all OSHA postings and complies with all safety guidelines for the department. (10% time)
    1. Assist with unit inspections. (5% time)
