Job Overview:

As a Help Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients, helping them resolve technical issues and optimize their user experience. You’ll troubleshoot both software and hardware concerns, ensuring quick, effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for applications, operating systems, and productivity software.

• Respond to support requests via phone and email.

• Identify and resolve recurring technical problems.

• Use Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base Articles to assist in troubleshooting.

• Manage user accounts within a client-server environment.
