Job Summary
: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dry Cleaners Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate tracking of orders, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Exceptional Customer Service : Provide friendly, prompt service with a smile and show appreciation for customers' business. Create relationships with customers and ensure every visit to the store is a great experience.
- Attention to Detail : Accurately track incoming orders, handle special instructions, and ensure complete outgoing orders without problems. Process payments correctly and attach tags to incoming garments with correlating tickets given to customers.
- Knowledge of Dry Cleaning : Understand the dry cleaning business to respond to customer questions and special requests. Advise customers on the likelihood of successful cleaning based on the type of stains and fabrics.
- Basic Computer Skills : Have basic computer knowledge or familiarity with a computer. Ability to learn new information and skills quickly.
- Professional Appearance : Comply with company dress code, which may prohibit excessive display of tattoos, facial piercings, excessive ear piercings, and any unnatural hair colors.
- Punctuality and Reliability : Maintain a high degree of regular and punctual attendance.
- Cash Register Operation : Run the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Communication Skills : Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers.
- Maintaining work area : Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
