POSITION:
Customer Service Representative -Customer Service Representative - Remote Hiring dates for remote: March 3rd, March 17th 25 total openings available
SCHEDULE:
- 9a-6p training hours (2 week training), will transition to a 7a-4p or 8a-5p schedule after training

SALARY:
The starting wage is $15.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. - Starting pay rate ranges $15-16 per hour o We hire externally for Tier 2 reps which would start at $16 but would need previous experience in a call center o $1 per hour bonus for bilingual skills (Spanish)

The Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. This is a fully remote position. Employees are located in Nevada, Idaho or Utah (applicants outside these states will not be considered).
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
:
High school degree or GED 1 year of previous customer service experience Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) Clear oral communication skills Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values Have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic. No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits Have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction Preferred Skills and Experience 1 year of previous call center experience Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures Bilingual (English/Spanish) Physical Requirements Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Our team members enjoy: Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 Weekly paychecks PTO, 401k, and a Full benefits package
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service Input order information into the appropriate client order screen Document all conversations with client into client information database Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax
