The starting wage is $15.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. - Starting pay rate ranges $15-16 per hour o We hire externally for Tier 2 reps which would start at $16 but would need previous experience in a call center o $1 per hour bonus for bilingual skills (Spanish)

The Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. This is a fully remote position. Employees are located in Nevada, Idaho or Utah (applicants outside these states will not be considered).

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

:

High school degree or GED 1 year of previous customer service experience Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) Clear oral communication skills Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values Have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic.
