Job Description

Cooking daily meals, prep, measuring, serving, and ensuring all food in the kitchen meets food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality meals daily.

  • Perform food prep tasks such as measuring ingredients and portioning meals.

  • Serve meals to clients or patients.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

  • Ensure all food items are up to food safety standards.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in foodservice

  • Proficiency as a line cook

  • Strong skills in food prep and food preparation

  • Ability to handle cooking tasks efficiently

  • Competence in cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas

  • Experience with tray line and food production processes

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication skills

Work Environment

Full-time schedule with open availability preferred. Typical shifts are Thursday-Friday from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, and Saturday-Sunday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM. Further details will be provided upon hiring.

This is a Contract position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
