Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings

  • Makes sure the food location operations run efficiently and monitors inventory

  • Understanding of the priorities of service and keeping organized, pro-active, and energetic attitude

  • Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests

  • Responsible for ensuring location as product to operate by ordering and product for the location and putting it away

  • Work load in days that consist of loading and stocking both food and bar locations

  • Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing; effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques

  • Accurately uses point of sales system

  • Responsible for precisely accounting for credit transactions; follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines

  • Accurately and completely fills out stand sheets, check list, spoilage/gratis sheet and alcohol incident forms

  • Supports a hospitable environment by greeting guests throughout the arena

  • Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies

  • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas

  • Communicates guest issues to management

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by Management

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Must have 2-4 years' previous experience in the fast food service industry

  • At least 1-3 years of Supervisory experience

  • Basic knowledge of SNHD rules and regulations

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment

  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively listen and communicate with guests; retain and communicate menu information and service preferences

  • Ability to interact with co-workers and management staff in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focus on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment

  • Ability to operate Point of Sales computer system accurately

  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS transactions and product inventory

  • Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene

  • Able to communicate effectively by speaking, writing and comprehending English

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a health and TAM card

  • Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service areas

  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs for set-up, service and clean-up

  • Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand

  • Works at assigned locations dictated by Management

Uniform:

  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines

  • Black dress pants belted at the waist

  • Cannot be jeans, cargo pants or spandex. Must be black. No shorts.

  • All other personal appearance guidelines must be followed as stated in the Levy Handbook
