ManpowerGroup Commercial Design Sales Director in Las Vegas, Nevada

Our client, a Commercial Design company is seeking a Sales Director to join their team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible leading and driving the sales team success.

Job Title: Commercial/Interior Design Sales DIrector

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Pay Range: $100-120K plus annual bonus

What’s the Job?

The sales director is responsible for building high-performing sales teams and achieving sales goals for each market to which they are assigned.

  • Develop a High Performing Sales Team

  • Become an expert in our sales and implementation process

  • Train and hold team members accountable for using our process and tools

  • Lead efforts for business development in all markets

  • Find, develop, and distribute leads to sales team members

  • Work with our Marketing department to cultivate strategic relationships

  • Achieve company goals in achieving new business from key sectors including corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and government

  • Become expert level in responding to and winning bids and competitive opportunities

  • Win the majority of RFPs and competitive bids in each market

  • Lead the team in creating winning bid response strategies

  • Understand and implement vendor alignment strategies as determined by leadership

What’s Needed?

  • BS in Interior Design, Commercial Design or relevant field

  • 5-10 years experience leading successful sales teams within the Commercial/Interior design space

  • Knowledge in using all our software tools including Smartsheets, Insightly, Hedberg, Zoominfo, and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Preferred industry experience within Commercial Design, real Estate or Construction Design
