job summary:

Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for an Accounting Manager to assist a Las Vegas-based manufacturing company with the day-to-day management of the company's general ledger team. The ideal Accounting Manager will have full-cycle, hands-on accounting experience while managing a small team, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

The compensation range for this position is $52/hr. to $67/hr. based on experience.

responsibilities:

• Responsible for billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, account reconciliations and performance against budgets

• Prepare adjusting, recurring, and standard journal entries during the month end close process

• Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements

• Provide external auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents as needed

• Special projects as needed

qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience; 2 years of accounting management experience required

• Experience with NetSuite preferred

• Must be able to work onsite in Summerlin

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup's, etc.)
