Summary:

Maintains and increases business by developing and building relationships. Identifies new accounts through targeted sales opportunities. Responds to customer and referral inquires and requests. Resolves complaints and resolves problems in a timely manner. Evaluates and analyzes a patient/customer's rehab equipment needs and assists in the selection of appropriate assistive technology. Ensures delivery and fits equipment accordingly. Assures that the patient/customer's functional goals are met. Provides training in the use of the assistive technology and devices regarding proper use to patient/customer and caregivers. Completes sales orders in a timely manner ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. Responsible for coordinating the needs of the patient towards independent living and complex rehab mobility while being expected to achieve sales and referral goals.

• Assistive Technology Professional Certification and Required - Driver's License - State of Florida

• 4 years - Healthcare; Or - 4 years - Marketing; Or - 4 years - Sales
