The current Sales & Service Manager is relocating out of state and has given roughly 9-12 months. There will be plenty of time for training, this is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. You do not need experience in every area listed below, good exposure and proven capacity to master new tasks will be prioritized.

Sales & Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The Sales & Service Manager will lead and manage a dynamic team of over 10 professionals across sales, dispatch, and service technicians.

  • Cultivate a collaborative and team-oriented environment that promotes growth and success.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Manage the relationship with their 3rd party marketing firm, overseeing the generation of warm leads and optimizing lead conversion strategies.

  • Update pricing structures in line with market trends and company objectives.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  • Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in sales management within the construction industry.

  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives accordingly.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
