The Physician Liaison is responsible for managing all aspects of relations between McLaren and the physicians utilizing McLaren, including physician recruitment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison between physicians, physician offices and McLaren Radiology.

• Manages in house orientation programs for new physicians.

• Identifies, develops and implements strategies for recruiting physicians.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience required

• Minimum of three years experience with physician interaction/relation building in healthcare marketing, recruitment and planning required.

• Ability to communicate with individuals both within and outside the organization.

• General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree

Nicotine Testing -

To provide a safe, healthy environment for our patients, employees and visitors, as of February 1, 2013 McLaren no longer hires individuals who use nicotine and will conduct nicotine testing during the pre-employment process.
