Job DescriptionnnJob Description: The People Experience Partner 2 supports assigned client groups by acting as a business partner demonstrating expertise in interpreting and administering policies and procedures covering multiple HR functional areas. The position leads and/or supports special projects impacting the larger organization and drives continuous process improvements.nnESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.nn * Partner with employees and management in the assigned client groups to provide guidance and counsel that drives business objectivesnn * Subject matter expert for a wide range of employee issues, responding directly when possible, and redirecting or escalating as necessarynn * Manage and resolve employee relations casesnn * Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisionsnn * Provide client managers and leaders with support and counsel for all aspects of the employee life cyclenn * Provide strategic support with performance management and merit increase processes;nn * Facilitate and/or provides training to the workforcenn * Partner with other HR staff in ensuring effective internal communications, application and compliance of policies/practices, operations business support, and overall HR process improvementsnn * Lead and/or supports special projects that support the business and help drive process improvements and establish best practicesnn * Maintain sensitive documentation for employees and applicants in conjunction with other HR staffnn * Partner with other HR staff members to cross train as necessary and build a cohesive teamnn * Participate in regular meetings with respective customers/clientsnn * Partner with the Legal department as needednn * Ensures compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations; Reviews and keeps informed about recent and changing employment related laws, guidelines and trends and recommends changes in policy/proceduresnnSupervisory Responsibilities:This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.nnMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:nn * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study ANDnn * Three (3) years progressive HR Business Partner experience ORnn * Equivalent combination of education and experiencennCertificates and Licenses: None required.nnOTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:nn * Demonstrate flexible leadership and proactive problem solvingnn * Highly skilled at goal setting, coaching, performance evaluation active listening feedbacknn * Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects; ability to influence and negotiatenn * Ability to take initiative, be innovative and work effectively in a variety of settingsnn * Knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws and HR policies and proceduresnn * Excellent written and verbal communication skillsnn * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive and confidential matters effectively to all levelsnn * Proficient MS365nn * Ability to travel up to 15%nn * Ability to clear required background checknnDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: nn * Strong Benefits experiencenn * Professional in Human Resources (PHR)nn * Experience in educationnnWORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
