Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Dental Art Dental Lab in Lansing, MI for a Lab Administrator/Office Manager.
The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Assist General Manager as it pertains to preparation of reports related to sales, labor, productivity, material usage, budget performance, etc.
Assist with HR related items such as hiring/onboarding orientation, benefits and other team member needs as they arise.
Oversee all local accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
Oversee functions such as inventory and purchasing
Work with Compliance Manager to ensure laboratory compliance with OSHA regulations, including but not limited to accident reporting, chemical labeling, etc.
Assist managers with time-clock issues and approvals as well as assist with attendance tracking, etc.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret information
Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
Must have great communication, listening and problem solving skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor or Associate Degree in Accounting or related degree preferred
Three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
Office Equipment (Computer, Copier, Paper Cutter, etc.)
Hazardous Chemicals
Sharp instruments
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach
