TEKsystems IT Executive Support in Lansing, Michigan

This IT executive support role involves providing technical support to senior executives and VIP clients, and may include the following responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing support needs: Managing and prioritizing support needs for executives and VIP clients

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues: Diagnosing and resolving technology issues, including hardware, software, and networking

  • Providing remote support: Providing remote support for executives who are traveling or at remote locations

  • Supporting meetings: Supporting executive meetings

  • Following procedures: Following standard operating procedures for incident management, ticket documentation, and more

  • Working with other teams: Working with engineering and other operational support teams

  • Reporting: Providing weekly reporting to service desk leadership

IT executive support roles may also involve handling matters of executives and senior managers in strict confidence.
