Skills, Abilities, Knowledge, and Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel including sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, dusting furniture and fixtures, removing trash, cleaning elevators, public restrooms, pool and fitness center, associate locker rooms and other areas as assigned.  
• Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed for deeper cleaning. 
• Remove trash from public areas inside and outside and put in dumpster. 
• Vacuum hallways and mop floors at elevator landing areas.
• Clean public and service elevator as needed.
• Respond to guests' special requests, and act to ensure guest satisfaction.
• May assist with other duties as assigned.
