Working primarily at our Lansing headquarters, our General Contracting Estimator will support our self-perform division while assisting in some project management tasks as needed. So, what does this mean?

We would count on you to support our team with:

Demonstrate and maintain clear, effective communication with owners, architects, partners, teammates.

Being thorough. Performing a comprehensive estimate take-off.

Verify and analyze. Review drawings and specifications and clarify contractual terms and conditions.

Relationship building. Not only do we build awesome things, but we pride ourselves the most on our relationship building. You'll build and manage relationships with teammates, vendors, and subcontractors.
