The Assistant Analyst - Assessment supports the Director of Assessment in creating and maintaining the LCC student learning data structure and processes. This position is responsible for maintaining the frozen file structure, developing and modifying student learning data dashboards, following research designs to conduct queries and analysis, and supporting/maintaining the data strategy for learning data. This position improves department efficiency by identifying, preparing, and cleaning data for future analysis.
