Insight Global Call Center Administrative Assistant in Lansing, Michigan
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team of a local city government client. This role will be a high call volume position where this person will handle any issues that are called in and create a service ticket to escalate any issues. The ideal candidate will also receive payments for services over the phone and help execute data entry for bills and services. If a call is incoming call is received it is due to a concern. This person will need to problem solve to eliminate and/or resolve the issue quickly. This role will be full time on-site in Lansing, MI.
Compensation: $18-$22hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
1+ years within a customer service role (Admin, receptionist, data entry, call center role preferred)
Experience in Microsoft Office (controlling Outlook calendars and working in Teams)
high call volume position, need to be able to deescalate issues and problem solve
Detail oriented and highly organized null
