Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will review, analyze, evaluate, validate, organize, coordinate, and lead the activities of this agency to cleanse, and migrate legacy system data to vendor hosted SaaS enterprise-level software suites. This employee will perform a complete range of information system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the main project for this agency. This candidate will be the main point of contact between the customer and the development team so must be comfortable communicating in both the technical and customer side. This individual will be looked upon to provide technical support to other team members and evaluate new development tools and agency systems. In this role you will be working with the customer discussing the current status of the project and working with the team to see what data fixes are needed and then relaying that to the customer. Working with the developers to go over code and reviewing the code to make sure it is on pace with what the customer is looking for to complete the project.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation: $42 to $48hr

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant Business Analyst Experience

--> Looking for a background in development and moved to be a DBA or BA or Data Scientist

• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.

• Strong Azure DevOps skills with dashboarding & query skills

• Experience working within a data migration project or within a database team (This team is currently migrating data from the entire state local offices into one Internal system) - Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts

• Experience designing and maintaining dba systems null
