What’s the job?

• Provide sound leadership to the Maintenance Team as they maximize the reliability of plant equipment

• Develop and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program focused on reducing unplanned machine down time.

• Be leader of professional maintenance-oriented improvement projects moving the plant from a reactive to proactive approach.

• Incorporate World Class Manufacturing (continuous improvement) techniques and principles into all maintenance systems.

• Develop solid working relationships across all plant personnel.

• Minimal travel required.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering or related technical discipline.

• 10 years of manufacturing environment experience preferred.

• Strong leadership experience to be successful working in a complex role working with the Plant Leadership Team, Corporate Manufacturing Performance Team, and unionized plant employees.
