Job Summary:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, and community-based environments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Collect date to monitor the progress of effectiveness and the individualized treatment plan.
- Changing diapers/pull-ups, assisting in multiple facets of toileting training.
- Provide regular, written, and verbal progress updated on treatment goals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Follow the policies and procedures of Aspire Child & Family Services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Must have passion for working with children with disabilities.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days after providing services.
Travel
- This position may require 25% travel. You have the opportunity to accept or decline job assignments based on location and travel required.
