 Job Summary:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, and community-based environments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
  • Collect date to monitor the progress of effectiveness and the individualized treatment plan.
  • Changing diapers/pull-ups, assisting in multiple facets of toileting training.
  • Provide regular, written, and verbal progress updated on treatment goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Follow the policies and procedures of Aspire Child & Family Services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • Must have passion for working with children with disabilities.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days after providing services.

Travel

  • This position may require 25% travel. You have the opportunity to accept or decline job assignments based on location and travel required.
