Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing and overseeing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any inquiries related to customer accounts. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions when required

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for efficient management of accounts receivable

• Handle cash activity and perform light collections duties

• Use ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software for financial management and customer relations

• Apply cash receipts and manage billing functions

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and transactions

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations of accounting functions

• Handle cash and maintain accurate records of cash transactions.

Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiar with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CRM systems

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Well-versed with Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Experience in Cash Activity and Cash Handling

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented and analytical approach to work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Understanding and adherence to financial regulations and legislation.
