Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1st Shift to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the facilities maintenance team supporting the overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $26 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Perform equipment preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation.

  • Assist with equipment repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards.

  • Keep walkways and entrances clear of debris, snow, and ice.

  • Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work.

What's Needed?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role.

  • Background in facilities maintenance and equipment repair.

  • Ability to operate a forklift and other maintenance tools safely.

  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.

  • Skills in toolmaking and grinding are a plus.
