Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team!

Summary
Assists the Pharmacist by filing physician prescriptions for medications for oral, rectal, topical and injectable use. Always works under the supervision of a Pharmacist. Enters patient demographics and insurance information into the computer system. Enters prescriptions onto patient profiles. Checks patients out at cash register. Keeps Pharmacy clean, neat and organized.
Requirements:
1-2 Years of Pharmacy experience preferred
Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification within 1 year of hire date or currently enrolled in Pharmacy School Program
good communication/problem solving skills
