Summary:

  • The Warehouse Associate assists with the handling of warehouse supplies and equipment for Penn Home Infusion Therapy. The responsibilities of the position include identifying supplies to fulfill shipments to patients; packaging of equipment and supplies; stocking shelves; rotating inventory; and performing annual warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledges the importance of patient satisfaction, our successes and priorities for improving Penn Home IT performance and for exceeding customer expectations

  • Identifies individual patient’s/customers special and diverse needs and modifies interactions to satisfy them.

  • Recognize/Identify ancillary supplies and infusion pump items for process of filling patient specific ship tickets

  • Assists with packaging of equipment and supplies for delivery to patients as per policy and procedure.

  • Participate in entity and department-wide initiatives for patient/employee safety.

  • Ensures patient/customer/family confidentiality and respect.

Credentials:

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)

  • Equivalent Experience: And Training and experience in the handling of home medical equipment and supplies preferred.
