Job Summary

Conestoga Title Insurance Co. seeks an individual for Title Insurance Assistant responsible for handling receptionist desk and assisting the Agency Administration Department with data entry, agent supervision, accounting and quality control. This position is located in the Lancaster, PA office and will require candidates to be onsite daily. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Front desk/receptionist duties (answering phones, answering door, conveying messages, processing mail.)

  • Scanning and filing

  • Prepare daily premium deposits

  • Data entry for premiums and policies

  • Preparing payment authorizations

  • Runs credit reports

  • Download policies from ShareFile

  • Download and process policies from Qualia

  • Monitor Agency Department email box

  • Answer good standing and CPL verification requests

  • Answer requests for policy copies and corrective endorsements

  • Tabulate monthly commitment numbers by Qualia users

  • Assist with Sircon appointments and terminations

  • Administer user credentials for agent resource center

  • Format Qualia remittance reports

  • Agent Database entry

  • Set up new agent folders (paper and imageright)

  • Update Approved Attorney E&O in database and paper files

  • PA Special Charges Report

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior data entry, accounting, receptionist experience preferred, but not required.

  • A high school diploma is required, college degree a plus.
