Seeking the next step in your career?  Step into a strategic role at CAES by Honeywell as a Product Manager, where you will drive the development and success of innovative defense and aerospace products. Your proven expertise will help shape the future of advanced technologies that safeguard our nation. Responsibilities

Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define and deliver high-quality products. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. Define detailed product requirements and specifications, and maintain the product roadmap. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and present product proposals and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Manage product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation. Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and standards within the defense and aerospace sectors. Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions. Qualifications

MINIMUM Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of proven experience in product and/or project management, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. PREFERRED Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the defense and aerospace sectors is a plus. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Ability to travel as needed to support product development and customer engagements. Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product features and enhancements. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical background or familiarity with engineering concepts and processes is advantageous.
