Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1310 & 1311

1310 - 2nd Shift   1311 - 1st Shift

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

Ecore is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician, 2nd Shift to bring electrical expertise to our Lancaster, PA Electro-Mechanic team . We have a mature preventative maintenance schedule that minimizes unexpected downtime, but always looking for better ways to do things. Your innovative mindset and hands-on expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our operations.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 2 :30 - 11:00 PM

Pay Range: $27.00 - $37.00/hour, based on experience Shift Differential: additional $2.00/hour

Core Contributions:  * Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.  * You'll bring your strong electrical experiences to round out the team's electrical and mechanical projects.  * In our manufacturing plants, you'll be working on our machines that produce sports flooring and all of the supporting pieces of equipment that our employees use in their daily jobs.  * Work with things such as NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro and mechanical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.  * Perform regular and preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime.  * Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best adjustment or repair.  * Collaborate closely with Machine Operators to understand machine issues and leverage their knowledge to find solutions.

Essential Experiences:  * 4+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and machine shop tools  * A ssociate's degree in Electromechanics or an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance is helpful  * 2+ years of experience working with control wiring (120/240/480 volts)  * A valid driver's license and the capability to operate a box truck or flatbed with either a manual or automatic transmission
