We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a hybrid opportunity in Lancaster, PA!

Bookkeeper Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage invoices
  • Track and process payments and expenses
  • Post transactions for monthly financial statements
  • Prepare and process state tax payments
  • Handle remote bank deposits
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Submit bi-weekly payroll
  • Manage physical and digital records
  • Provide occasional administrative support

*Bookkeeper Requirements: *

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
