We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a hybrid opportunity in Lancaster, PA!

Bookkeeper Responsibilities
- Generate and manage invoices
- Track and process payments and expenses
- Post transactions for monthly financial statements
- Prepare and process state tax payments
- Handle remote bank deposits
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Submit bi-weekly payroll
- Manage physical and digital records
- Provide occasional administrative support
*Bookkeeper Requirements: *
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with a hybrid work environment
- Excellent communication skills
